I would love to rate this a 5, but connectivity is an issue. Even in cites, it will drop from time to time. Annoying as hell. When it works, its great. To test if it is a signal from the tower issue, I ran it over the same areas with Bluetooth and Spotify and never lost connectivity. And even worse, the drop areas were not consistant. Up, then down, repeat. Arrrgggghhhh.

Unfortunately this is had gotten worse and over the last few months it's been extremely choppy and glitchy and freezes and crashes all the time, multiple times and non-stop cycle each time I drive. it can't play anything without skipping and freezing, the maps glitch and freeze and the app will crash and disconnect multiple times and it's completely unstable. I've tried all the "fixes" like cleaning cache and uninstall ECT but nothing is working. It's completely unusable now. Please fix it, thx.

Early on, many years ago, there were bugs of course. Now I rarely have an issue. I also used different models of rental cars (about 10) and it worked perfectly in all of them. I only wish my current car I own would connect via Bluetooth, but that's not an android issue.. That feature is great so you don't have to travel with different usb cords.
