Just awful. 1st, TM is horrible to start. Fees are completely out of control, but that's not new. Appreciate is practically unusable half the time. Extremely slow and a constant stream of blank screens that fail to load or error messages. For example, had to use my web browser just to buy parking tix for an arena and had to force stop the app 3 times to access them. ALWAYS transfer your tix to Google wallet or similar, very strong chance you won't be able to access via this app at the venue.

Works okay for already-purchased tickets. Pretty much useless for anything else. "Nearby" seems to mean "same continent" as far as I can tell, with searches showing shows thousands of miles away. Dates are also... Sometimes used as a filter? It's hard to understand how they expect the app to be used to find anything.

I was attempting to buy some presale tickets today but constantly got an error message about my browsing being paused. I'm not a bot, I checked other browsers to make sure I was logged out, cleared my cookies, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and still unable to get on to look for tickets. The fees are always ridiculous and they have a monopoly on event tickets. If there was any other way to get lower priced tickets and not resale ones, I would go to great lengths to use them over TicketMas.
