I enjoy this game a lot. I would play it more if I could upgrade all the characters. It takes way too long to earn 100,000+ gold to upgrade characters once they get to level 20+ Gold is the main resource and it takes way too long to earn. I've been stuck using the same 4 characters for regular battles for years because it's so expensive to upgrade characters. A quick fix in my eyes is to Double the gold received from orbs.

Highly addictive game with a predatory matchmaking/mmr system. You will not progress f2p. When you make purchases, matchmaking will pair you against players out of your reach. Was against level 10 units at 2000 trophies. At 2200, I am facing level 17 meta deck units. One unit level adds drastically improved stats. Upon research, this game went downhill after a company takeover. The bones of this game are incredible. I want to add so many expletives to this, stay away from this game.

I really love the game but their customer service is for 💩. I first left this review months ago for the exact same reason.. in the hero event my hero is not being rewarded any damage points. 4 and 1/2 hours it took them to fix it earlier and now it's doing it again. I was in first place I've gone down a second, back and forth three times now because customer service is non-existent and will not fix my app. I've played a total of over 6 hours and spent $10 play triple rewards and CAN'T GET ANY!!
