Toters Picker

We need several changes please. We pickers need a margin to write notes or reminders. we need to enable more contact between the team leaders and members. we need a way to organize items by category rather than a list that goes downward. Allow picker to modify those lists. And undo the modification. pickers may work under pressure sometime : A.I Last the notification must turn off automatically on shift end but they don't turn off .

Alot of crashes and bugs should be fixed and should be available on iOS devices too

Very bad and needs to be redesigned
