SmartDesk Mobile makes it easy to provide remote support between Android devices. After the remote user explicitly accepts a connection request, screen sharing starts and the support user can assist by sending permitted touch and navigation actions.
With SmartDesk Mobile, you can:
- Share an Android device screen remotely
- Accept or reject every connection request
- Perform remote taps, swipes, long presses, scrolling, Back, Home, and Recents actions
- Enter text on the remote device
- End the remote session at any time
- Use direct peer-to-peer communication whenever a P2P connection can be established
Privacy and user control
SmartDesk Mobile does not start remote access without the remote user's knowledge and approval.
Before a remote support session begins, the user on the controlled device must:
- Accept the incoming connection request
- Approve Android screen sharing
- Enable the required Accessibility Service manually
SmartDesk Mobile uses Android Accessibility Service only to reproduce touch gestures and navigation actions requested by a support user whom the device owner has explicitly allowed to connect.
During an active remote support session, a persistent notification is displayed on the controlled device, and the user can stop the session at any time.
SmartDesk Mobile is designed to provide a simple, direct, and user-controlled remote support experience for Android devices.
