The 30 room RPG mode offers a great gameplay experience. However, the Challenge mode is what ultimately hurt the game for me. For example, two of the seven challenge rooms featured the same type of turrets, which made them nearly impossible to beat. Even using an extra life didn't give me a chance. The enemy spawn generator was very disappointing.

Earn to Die: Rogue is fun, but the loot system starts to fall apart once your inventory fills up. You collect duplicate weapons/items you can’t upgrade or even get rid of, while needing 3+ copies just to reach Rare, Rare 1, etc. Let us recycle duplicates into weapon/loadout upgrades turn useless loot into progression. Give players something fun to build, not another reason to open their wallets. Don’t make inventory management a pay-wall.

The game is fun overall and the ads can be well implemented at times, but other times they can completely end your run with no rewards. You have the option to watch an ad to respawn with 50% health, but if that ad glitches and doesn't give a proper exit button, the game will completely reboot. All items you found on that run will be deleted. The bigger issue is this creates a greater demand for the "Skip Ad" tokens the game sells as a micro transaction, so why would they fix it?
