One alarm, two devices. Create it on the phone or on the Wear OS watch. It stays the same alarm on both.
Sync Alarm is not a second clock next to the system one. Phone and watch do not share an alarm list. This app keeps a single list, syncs edits both ways, and rings where you chose: phone, watch, or both. Stop or snooze on the wrist, and the other side gets the same command — including a retry if the first signal is lost.
The watch app runs on its own. Watch-only still fires if the phone is charging in another room or out of Bluetooth range. After the first pairing, Wear OS carries the alarm list between the two devices over any available connection: Bluetooth nearby, Wi-Fi or mobile data when apart, and the watch's own connection if it has an eSIM. A new alarm or a stop can reach the other device from anywhere, hundreds of kilometers away. No server, no account: the link is the Wear OS pair itself.
Battery use stays low. On the phone it is under 1%. On the watch it is a few percent a day with five alarms.
It cannot wake a device that is powered off or in hibernation. Only the manufacturer can run an alarm from that state. Watch-only alarms still ring if the phone is off, far away, or out of Bluetooth range — as long as the watch itself is on.
Built for the gap the system clocks left open. Google Clock on the wrist is Pixel Watch only. Samsung Clock stays inside a Samsung phone and Samsung watch pair. Everyone else — Galaxy Watch with another Android phone, TicWatch, Fossil, and other Wear OS watches — has no shared alarm. This fills that gap.

Phone: Android 12+. Watch: Wear OS 3+ only — Galaxy Watch 4/5/6/7, TicWatch Pro 5/Enduro, Fossil Gen 6, Mobvoi, Pixel Watch, and other Wear OS watches. Not for Garmin, Huawei, or other systems. Bluetooth for the first pairing.
I built Sync Alarm by 1Smart for myself — because I couldn't find a shared alarm that actually worked across my phone and Wear OS watch. Now I'm sharing it, completely free.
Unified alarm for phone + Wear OS watch. Two-way sync. Works standalone.
