Record what's inside each box and where the box is kept. Add item photos for reference. Scan a TraceNook label to open that storage location's item list.

PANTRY INVENTORY

Keep track of canned food, dry goods and other pantry supplies. Record quantities and separate batches when the same item has different expiration dates. Organize your fridge inventory and freezer items in their own storage locations too.

TRACK FOOD EXPIRATION DATES

Use TraceNook as a food expiration tracker to see which recorded items are expiring soon or already past their dates. You can also check what's running low before buying more.

ADD ITEMS WITH LESS TYPING

Photograph packaging to help read a product name or printed date on your device. Review the result before saving. You can also scan barcodes, add item photos and enter several items into the same storage location.

SHARE RECORDS AT HOME

A Max owner can create one family space. Family members can join with Free, without buying Pro or Max.

Pair your devices, connect them to the same Wi-Fi or local network, and open TraceNook on each device to sync. Family sync works within that network, without an internet cloud service.

KEEP YOUR OWN BACKUP

Your inventory is stored on your devices. No TraceNook account is required. Export a password-protected, encrypted backup and restore it when you switch phones or need to recover your records.

FREE, PRO AND MAX

Free: Record up to 50 items in your private space and join an existing family space. Shared family items do not count toward your private-space limit.

Pro: A one-time purchase that removes the item limit in your private space.

Max: Includes Pro, plus creation and management of one family space and family backups.

Existing Pro owners can upgrade to Max with a separate one-time purchase.
