About this app

Check whether upstairs footsteps, a neighbor's music, construction or traffic noise goes over the limit. Answer three quick questions and each measurement is judged minute by minute against the right reference: Korea's apartment impact-noise rule or the WHO community-noise guideline. Whether it went over is always free.

Noise Meter turns your phone into a real-time decibel meter and sound level meter for everyday noise checks.

Open the app to see the current dB level on an analog gauge and digital readout. Follow changes on a live 60-second chart and review MIN, AVG (Leq), MAX and PEAK values. Choose A/C/Z frequency weighting or Fast/Slow response, adjust the calibration offset for your device, then save the session for free. Saved-result details, text sharing, and CSV require Premium.
