Good book, although I would have wanted more interactions/story lines between Preston and Sarah. I think they were not given their much deserve focus, which is why I hope the next character which I think is Carson, will get. Anyway, it is good.

Oh my gosh, this is such a wonderful romance series beginning; friends to lovers, smart rescue dogs, villains, large family, ranch life, small town gossip, love, devotion, loyalty, and on top of it all, there is mention of another beloved family! I love how Chris Keniston's books and characters all have a mention of a connection. It makes them that much more interesting to read. I was gifted an ARC and I'm voluntarily sharing my honest opinion. I recommend this book and can't wait for the next!

A mythological gem that shines with elegance and emotional power. I was pulled into the story from the very beginning. It’s one of those rare books that stays with you long after it ends.
