What a thrilling read! True to its genre, this book delivered the exact creepy, spine-tingling sensation I was looking for—in the best way possible. The build-up was incredible; the hook caught me right from the first few chapters and held my attention completely. By the midpoint, I honestly couldn't have guessed where the story was heading. Even though I had a slight inkling near the end, the plot twists were still completely unexpected and hit one after another in rapid succession.

I loved this book. But it's definitely not Holly Jackson's best writing. I finished it in one day and liked it... sort of. I knew what was going to happen because it was obvious. With agggtm I tried to solve the mystery myself but with this there was no mystery. Still, it's an amazing book. I just didn't love it as much as Holly Jackson's other books.

Oh my god! I can't express how much I truly loved this book. The characters had just the right amount of depth and complexity and it was truly such an enjoyable experience. I read it in less than a day because once is started I simply couldn't stop. If you are a murder mystery plus thriller fan, this book is for you. I highly recommend it and happy reading:)
