See what scattered fields cost in walking time.
Musaya is useful from the first evening, even before a neighbor joins. Mark your homestead, add each strip, and enter how often you visit during a season. Musaya calculates the route through all your fields, turns it into seasonal walking hours, and shows which single strip adds the largest detour.
Adding land is deliberately coarse. Type the area and tap roughly where a strip lies, tap several corners, or walk its boundary. Musaya is not a surveying tool and does not make claims about an official boundary.
When invited neighbors are together, Musaya can help find a seasonal cultivation ring that improves every person's route:
• Learn what suits you through plain either-or comparisons between two strips.
• Confirm adjacency face to face. A strip becomes eligible only after two different neighbors with adjoining land confirm it.
• Enter a sealed round. No participant sees another person's submission before it closes.
• Review a possible ring privately. Its people and strips remain unreadable until every member accepts. One decline dissolves it without a partial disclosure.
• Keep a signed seasonal record on each participating phone after unanimous acceptance.
For a single strip per person, Musaya uses the canonical Top Trading Cycles mechanism. For several strips, it packs bounded rings while treating reachability, area balance, and a non-worse route for every participant as hard conditions.
Musaya concerns who cultivates a strip for one season. It does not transfer ownership, establish title, provide legal advice, measure an official boundary, or enforce an agreement.
